Subject: Changes to Religious Services in Toowoomba and Confirmation of Third Saturdays in Gold Coast.

The Ministry wishes to inform you of some necessary adjustments that will be implemented starting from June onwards.

Toowoomba: It has been decided in a recent Ministerial meeting that the religious services currently held at the hired facility on 7 Warwick St. Harristown, Toowoomba, will cease from June 2024 onwards. These services began in 2020 following the relocation from Oakey. However, due to the recent relocation of brethren from Toowoomba, it has been deemed appropriate to discontinue the services at this location. Family meetings for the remaining brethren in Toowoomba will be arranged based on the availability of local brethren and the ministry.

Gold Coast: We are pleased to confirm that the religious services at the hall of prayer located at 31-37 Discovery Drive, Helensvale, Gold Coast, will now include the official addition of services on the third Saturdays of each month. These services have been conducted on a trial basis since January 2024, and due to the good participation of local brethren, it has been decided in a Ministerial meeting to officially incorporate these third Saturday services into our regular schedule. The above alterations will be effective and officially placed in the Christian Congregation report from June 2024.
